Very disappointed and disgusted

They say first impressions lasts... Well this is what happened to me, on my first time using Greyhound bus service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to make use of their service. I informed them of the incident but they not even willing to take responsibility and rather shift the blame onto the passengers. And I only heard alot wonderful things about their bus service and alot of people recommended that i use their service and that is why I chose Greyhound bus service. On my trip back, in a matter of 30 minutes I saw 4 cochroches.

And this was supposed to be the "Luxury Liner"
