VERY BAD SERVISE FROM GREYHOUND AND PICK N PAY

My husband bought a Greyhound ticket from jhb to eastern cape from pick n pay, the cashier said that the bus will be leaving at 7:30 however the but was actually leaving at 7, when my father in law went to the park station he found that they said the bus had already departed, we then bought another ticket from another brand, now we wwant a refund we are being taken from pilar to post, pick n pay say they are only a third party and grayhound say pick n pay must provess the refund, this is pathetic servise
