Very bad service ever...

Had an awful experience as the bus I booked from Bloemfontein to Pretoria delayed and I had to cancel my trip, forfeited my money and went back home. I'm sick now from the cold after waiting 2 hours. This is the worst bus service ever....Greyhound must just shut its doors for ever, because it will eventually happen soon. This is not how to run business. I will never recommend Greyhound even to my worst enemy....
