Very bad service

I am utterly disappointed with this service as I booked Greyhound because I thought it was the best. From Sprins Mall The bus came late on the 28 of December 2019. No appology. Now My Morher in law was supose to come back today 4 January 2020. Just ti find out that somebody had cancelled the wrong ticket. We phoned them an all they said is there is nothing they can do about it. Now my Mother in law is stuck in Emphangeni. What do we do??????
