Very bad service

First I would like to say I'm disappointed, with greyhound I travel alot with you guys but today was bad... the bus was 3.5 hours late from jhb to Richard's bay took 1.2 to load and then as we speaking the bus had a puncture...I'm on my way to Durban were now do I stay because I missed my booking appointment and the call center no1 answer explain that to me..
