Very bad service.

Lately there is no difference between travelling with Citiliner and Greyhound. Please Help me understand if the ticket doesn't come with some entertainment and refreshment in the bus. Because I have travelled more than three times in a greyhound bus,with the belief that travelling with it will get me a host/hostess to assist me and also a cup of coffee with some form of entertainment.<br> My worry about entertainment is that soon as there is nothing playing we experience more than one person trying to play music from their phones and that means about 3 people playing different songs out loud and that is really not relaxing. <br> The last bus i was in was from Dbn to Midrand on Saturday afternoon and I wasn't happy.
