Very bad experience - I need my refund.

On the 28th of August 2022 I had a very bad experience with this bus from Nelspruit to JHB. At first the bus was very late (1 hour 30 minutes late). When it arrived, the bus inside was not conducive at all, the air-conditioner was not functioning, the bus inside qas very hot.

The bus stopped somewhere, as the bus was late, I was hungry, so I went to get something to eat from McDonald's and within two minutes the bus left me with my belongings including my phone. When I called the driver, he was rude he told me he didn't know me, even when I told the person I was seating next to, that I'm getting something to eat and they should let the driver know that I'll be back within three minutes (which they did).

Don't ever use this bus. I need my refund.
