Verbally Abused by Greyhound Driver

Below is the email I sent to Greyhound complaints bu they never got back to you until now. I sent this email to them on Wednesday 27 November 2019.

I am a passenger that just got verbally abused by a bus driver. I am currently on the bus going to Empangeni from Krakpan. Im sitting on the top part im the bus and I went down to ask the other assistance driver to please switcj on the movie for us. I waited in the door maybe fir about 5 minutes knocking and the assistance saw me but never opened the door for me and I kept knocking and he decided to close his eyes. I kept knocking and he was sitting just next to the window i was knocking at. Until the driver told him to open the door for me. When he did I asked him why did he ignore me? He said im distracting him he is asleep, he continued saying that I must say what I came here for and leave him alone. The bus driver laughed. He was so angry at me as if I did something wrong to him. I was so humiliated. When I left them, he banged the door at my back as if I was a fool or something.

I need this problem soated out guy's SAP. We can't be abused in a Greyhound bus. We ran away from taxis coming to Greyhound thinking the service is better and it's still the same paying such amount for the same service.

Please deal with this and let me know how you dealt with it. If you are ignoring this issue, I will escalate it. The assistant driver does not have a name tac on him. I looked at it because I wanted to get his name but he isn't wearing one. This is a reputable company that can't be destroyed buy such workers who does not respect their job's and aren't grateful to be part of this great company.
