Utterly **** of a bus line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A bus ticket that was cancelled by these ****s and we were asked to send an email for a refund, that was back in April 2023. It's been two month waiting for a refund of which when you call, they feed you the same nonsense of stories that it is with the finance department and that they do not have a direct number.

Totally ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
