Utterly Disappointed in Greyhound Coaches

Sheer disappointment in their services. We booked a Dreamliner Coach because of the comfort it offers and the luxury travel experiences as advertised on their website. However on the day of the departure, the company sends an sms stating this : Dear Customer please note that the Greyhound service from Jhb to Durban will be operated by a Normal Greyhound Luxury Coach and NOT a Dreamliner. Now firstly we booked Dreamliner because of the comfort, only to have a terrible experience of discomfort on the normal coach. This is not acceptable. Secondly it's the first time we have used their services. In the future we will not be using their services due to their failure to comply with the customer booking.
