Utterly disappointed

I had the worst experience with this bus, the bus was supposed to leave Kimberly at 1:45 but we ended up leaving at 4:15, and when you contact the call centre they lie about the whereabouts of the bus, my advice to everyone NEVER use this bus, they don’t care about their customers, their service is disgusting!!!
