Utterly Appaling !!!!!!!

During the festive season I took a trip with my family and since we were traveling with 3 minors I had to book a bus that had the necessities for a relaxed and a somewhat untroubled trip from Durban to George so I decided to go with Greyhound...biggest mistake ever...when we jumped into the bus we had noticed the seats were a bit damp but didn't pay much attention to it because everything seemed fine. Once the bus started moving the aircon vents started dripping...after couple of minutes they were pouring out water resulting in us having to stand now because the seats are being rained upon - we brought this to the attention of the cabin assistant who only gave us some tissue to wipe with and assured us that at the next stop we will be able to jump into another bus where we will be able to ride in better comfort - this was in Port Shepstone already and we been standing from Durban, the next stop was 1 hour 30 minutes away which is Kokstad - can you imagine standing from Durban to Kokstad? It didn't even stop there - when we got to Kokstad there was no place for us on the other bus so we were forced to stay on the one we were on with the leaking aircon whilst made to sit anywhere we could..I myself managed to sit on that cup holder/water dispenser box thing that they have in the front whilst my family were sitting 3 on a 2 seater. I witnessed people sitting on laps and a small girl (about 7) being woken up from her sleep by water gushing out onto her. I think we reached East London when seats were actually available for us. We complained but nothing was done to accommodate us. I sent an email to Greyhound who responded only saying that they will forward my email to the correct department but when I asked for the contact details for such a department I got no response from them. I'm totally disgusted by the service I've received from this bus line...this was supposed to be a luxury couch but I think we would have been better off taking a government train, to say that it was a bad experience on that bus doesn't do justice to what we had to go through for so many hours. Due to us having to sit on whatever seats were available meant that we were now occupying seats that were initially book for other passengers, now can you imagine jumping onto a bus and there is someone in your seat because their seat is wet and now you don't have a seat because this person was directed to your seat which was already paid for by you? This resulted in arguments on the bus and one woman had to actually get back off the bus because she couldn't sit in the seat that she paid for. How is any of this even right? I couldn't believe that Greyhound could actually turn a blind eye whilst still picking up more and more passengers knowing that there are people standing on the bus already because there are no seat available for them...I understand that they running a business but that is *****ery. You don't take people’s money promising a service then leave them in the dumps just so you can make an extra buc****
