Useless, Pathetic service!

Absolutely pathetic service from Customer Service!!! They are damn rude/arrogant and function like robots NOT answering questions but follow a scripted response!! Stayed on the line for almost 2hours without assistance to simply cancel a ticket. Absolutely useless company!!!!
