Useless Call center guy (Grant)

Useless service from the call center, a guy by the name of Grant dropped the call several times when I complained. The bus is ahead of time hence there's no traffic on the roads and yet we have to suffer because of the controller that called the driver on the wheel. The driver told him he cant talk on the phone as he was driving but the controller didn't take that well and decided to punish us. When the bus is late they always apologize and we are forced to understand them and yet when the bus is 1 hour early they wanna shop that they have powers to control. No one is embarking on the bus at this hour 02h00 and we have to waiting until 03h15, the bus is cold, dirty, ****roaches all over the place.

The drivers are driving well respecting the rules of the road for a change.

I'm so disappointed in this kind of service, from the call center guy (Grant) down to the controller
