Useless Bus Services GREYHOUND

I will never use this bus service again, i purchased a bus ticket to go down to Cape town in December 2024, i Bought the ticket on 25/10/2024. Due to work i was unable to go so i requested a ticket refund on the 18 November 2024, i have been phoning ever week since the refund was requested and was told that i need to wait min 21 working days which i did and after that every time that you request to speak to the financial manager in order to get an update on your refund they drop the phone on you or say that no one is in the office so clearly they work as they want. Today again i phoned 16/01/2025 and after dropping the call on me again i eventually got through to some one only to be told that its being processed like really its almost been 3 months that i have been waiting for my refund to be processed. i would advise not to ever use this bus service as you will struggle to get your money back clearly they are so broke that they cant even pay us our money back. My ticket ref is Ticket ID: 88988 and the ticket was bought on the 25/10/2024, refund was requested 18/11/2024 and today is 16/01/2025 and still not refund.
