Useless bunch of people

The address listed on the ticket is not registering on the Garmin as springs west road, springs. I have phoned the call center twice and was told they cannot give me any information and won't help me just go to McDonald's springs. However it will not pick up on the Garmin. I don't know this area neither does my family member. I pay so much fees for a ticket for such **** service from greyhounds call center + and additional R2.85 per minute to call the call center for help. ******* service ?
