Unsettled refund

I was scheduled to travel with Greyhound on 4 May 2022 (ticket number ACFCP401), I subsequently cancelled my ticket and completed the refund form, attached all required documents. The form was submitted to Greyhound on 13 May 2022. I have made multiple follow ups with promises that my refund will be paid. I was following up today (21 June 2022) and there is no answer.
