Unsatisfied Customer.

I am disgusted by the service, a number of us booked a bus for 7am and we're still outside in the cold waiting for the bus at 12:38am. The employees are not sympathetic nor informative as to what's delaying the bus. Do not book with citiliner or greyhound!!!
