Unsatisfied customer

The bus was so stuffy, no air conditioner, some of the windows couldn't even open! I couldn't even set my seat to sleep, the bus had a breakdown for a whole hour which meant it had to arrive two hours later than the time stated on the ticket. Also the bus was very dirty with insects crawling all over the place. But the staff was kind so the one star goes to the driver.
