Unsatisfactory service

Bus scheduled for 01:45 from Kimberley to Johannesburg only arrived at 03:40 and took forever to get to Johannesburg it's 11:48 were still on the road. Total disregard of customers SMS for the delay were only sent out 1 hour 30 minutes later. In May I boarded a bus from Kimberley to Cape Town which was very late as well. Super disappointed in their service use Greyhound at your peril.
