Unsatisfactory, inconsiderate bus service

Good I have a complaint about the constant driver behavior and incompetence whenever you get to Johannesburg Park Station. They always lie about a faulty bus, because thye do not want to take passengers to Midrand and Pretoria. This happened yesterday on the 12th of January 2025.

The bus was New and very comfortable, it had no faults, but when we got to Johannesburg Park Station they said they can't go to Pretoria because the door can't close. The bus had no faults all the way from East London to Johannesburg.

Please look into this matter urgently, because other passengers were also complaining this recurring and bad driver behavior because the drivers just want dump passengers to another bus and drop bus at the bus depot.
