Unsanitary and poor planning

I had a bad experience. It was so dirty and I saw 2 ****roaches on the bus. The water for the toilet was finished less than halfway to our stop. People kept using the toilet without flushing and the toilet was full of urine and it spilled over on the floor and was about 1 cm deep on the floor🤢 it smelled horrible. When we stopped at a gas station I asked the driver if I could take my 5 year old daughter to use the bathroom at the gas station he said no we have to leave we can use the toilet at the next stop. My daughter ended up wetting her pants on the bus because we drove another 30 min until we stopped. It was a horrible experience I will never use Greyhound bus services again!
