UNSAFE LUGGAGE

<p>I relocated to LIMPOPO my fiance bought a ticket to come n visit me ,cause she was coming vi jhb and I told her to keep her things safe ,she put all her things in her luggage include id,money,drivers lic on her arrival she was crying the driver gave wrong people her luggage and her said we need to keep our valuables to herself ,my question is her clothes are not valuable? It was sad to get such service from greyhond,she was told they will compensate her R500 the rest the can't ,did they take action against drive ? don't think some companies the act professional and they are not shame</p>
