Unroadworthy buses

I am traveling from Johannesburg to Durban on the 2nd of October. We departed from jhb at 10pm, the heat that was coming out of the bottom side panels was very high. We got stuck after traveling 200km and we have been here for the past 6 hours. I would not advise anyone to take Greyhound busses.

I want a refund. It has been the most terrible experience.
