Unreliable, Unsafe and Unhuman Greyhound

If there was an option to rate this bus service below 0 I would choose that option. On 21 February 2023 my uncle boarded one of the Greyhound busses in Worcester to JHB. To say the least it was a drive to literally Hell. Arpart from the toilet that could not be used on the bus that reaked of human waste, the aircon was also not working. On the night of the 21ste, there was an accident on the road which delayed the trip, then there was a city to city bus that broke down and they had to pick up the passangers from that situation. Which is understandable but then the bus got pulled over and impounded because the drivers PDP has expired. Apart from that, when they went through Potch there was a strike going on, again putting everybodies lifes in danger. He was supposed to be in JHB at 13h00 he only arrived around 17h00. Non the less, today 27 February 2023, he was supposed to board the bus at 8h00 this morning, he was at the bus station since 05h00 this morning. It is currently 11h45 and the bus has still not arrived or should I say one of the 2 busses still has not arrived. He is on his way to Empangeni where he must take another bus to Mkuze. Due to this extremely unacceptable delay of Greyhound bus services, he won't make it in time for the other bus servise to take him to Mkuze. In my opinion this bus service should be erased from existence! Unreliable, unsafe and unhuman for that matter.
