Unreliable bus

I regret booking with this people, the bus was supposed to arrive in Cape Town at 6am but we got there at 10am. I had a training which I missed out on, I think you people should start taking your business serious because some of us it's our future that you are gambling with. We don't have the luxury to book for expensive buses, that's why we opt for affordable ones. Unfortunately with you, you are affordable but UNRELIABLE!!
