Unreliable and no care for customers

I decided to take my kids on a bus trip from Johannesburg to Durban. We were supposed to arrive at 6:30am However The bus broke down @ 2:30am, half way to Durban. I'm writing this review while we are still stuck on the side of the road. It's now 6:46am. I am not impressed at all. My kids are freezing. Customer care doest care. We have been calling and calling. I am disappointed that my kids first bus trip is *******.

I will never ever use this line, nor recommend it.
