Unreliable

Good day ,

My mother booked her tickets for herself and my 2 nephews to come to Johannesburg on Friday 29/9/2017 at 22h00. She got to bus station early to avoid been late and rushing with 2 kids. The time for their departure came and they were still in Durban ,they only left Durban station at 12h30 the next day. Now this is unacceptable coming from Greyhound ! Why are we paying for a service we are CLEARLY NOT RECEIVING !!!! My mother brought these kids up for the school holidays my worry is what is going to happen this weekend when they have to go back home to Durban ??????

Some clarification would be highly appreciated .
