Unreasonable delays

Am currently in a Greyhound dreamliner bus from Cape Town to Mthatha, firstly the bus was supposed to leave Cape Town at 18:45 and only left after 19:00. We are now stuck in Mossel Bay for more than an hour waiting for a Citiliner bus, that is overloaded, so that they can offload some of the luggage into our bus. What disgusts me is that, this company doesn't not care about the convenience of their passengers, it doesn't matter how much you willing to pay for their service, you will still get the same disgusting service ever. I have never received good service from this stupid coach.
