Unprofessional behaviour

Unprofessional service even at an organisational level, it was my belief that unprofessional and show service was only at bus driver and lower levels but that's not the case. Even at the companies departments. I've requested a refund from last year when I cancelled my ticket, to this day I haven't recieved the refund even through persistent calls and emails they just don't care.
