Unpologetic bus drivers

<p>I book a bus for 22 May 2017 from Jeffreys bay to Bellville. My depart time was 8:15 and my bus left 8:00. I had to call their offices 8:25 as i was worried. They told me it left already and they had to rebook me for the evening one which was not going to work for me since i had to work early morning the next day. The bus had to drive back to fetch me but the attitute i got from the bus driver was stinking. I had no problem with the mistake made by them as they were not going to wait for me if i was running late.</p>
