Unpleasant trip

I was quite surprised by this trip as I booked a premium ticket I did not expect the bus to be in the condition it was. The curtains were dirty and had holes in it, the air was stuffy to a point where I felt ill, the aircon was really hot and it was uncomfortable as I was sitting far from a window and the bus was smelling. There was no announcement or visible indication as to where we were stopping. When the bus arrived at a station the bus driver called for 3 stops and said people that were on their way there need to move over to another bus. Myself and another passenger kept asking to confirm that this was correct as I booked one ticket from Cape Town to pretoria and was not informed that I would change buses. The bus arrived at the destination way later than noted on the ticket. Although the second bus was in a better state the experience was not a good one and certainly not a premium one...especially for my first trip. Please note these things I have listed as people deserve a decent bus trip especially when travelling for so many hours.
