unhygienic conditions

on Sunday the 27 Sept ticket ref T92F0U6C my boyfriend travelled on the Greyhound and there was this terrible odour and there was ****roaches running around in the carriage, don't these carriages get cleaned. We do pay for this service and I don't expect such unhygienic conditions while travelling. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER. AND TOTALLY DISGUSTED.
