UnHygiene Bus, Terrible experience, Terrible customer service

02/10/2025, Greyhound bus from Pretoria to Durban was unhygienic, the smell from the sits was unbearable. I sent email but as I anticipated their priority is sales. I called because the driver was driving terrible, I was told they were going to call back in which they didn't, the driver had no one to relieve him he was alone no assistance, Greyhound does not concern put into priority the lives, health of their passengers nor have customers care or any service. I am so over disappointed but I will put this in all platforms till we get the attention, so many passengers on that bus were so angry. Even arriving in Durban. Any one was taking any bag without any security. What kind of services is this I took pictures of everything. I am disappointed that you even display policies that your company is 0% of any of them. Shame on you
