Unhappy customer

Today my family was travelling from Veeriging to CT, what a horrible experience they had with this bus. The bus was scheduled for 18:55pm and only left at 23:40pm at night. Every time we call the consultants we're giving us false hope and misleading information to keep us waiting. Greyhound needs to really work on it's service and professionalism, because this is horrible.
