Unfair business practice

I bought a greyhound bus ticket today @ 13:30, from Johannesburg to policeman that is supposed to depart tomorrow @ 09:30. However, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the ticket. To my surprise I was told that I won't be refunded. I was told I can cancel the ticket at a 20% cancellation rate, and that I won't be refunded but instead I will be able to use the ticket for a period of 6 months. This is really unfair business practice and should be probed further , and the lady who of assisted (vernit Wilson) was not helpful at all and bashed more and told us about the policies instead of putting the customer at the centre of the business. I am appalled by the service I received at shoprite and the greyhound customer service clerks. I won't be using the services of greyhound and won't recommend to anyone
