undesirable service
I recently made a booking with your company on the 12th/Nov. When i got to Parkstation today to board an 8:30pm bus i realised that an incorrect booking was done hence i could not board the bus,i tried to negotiate with the 2 drivers but to no avail and my luggage was taken off the trailer after the driver threatened to call the Police on me as if i had done any crime yet the mistake was done when booking. All the embarasment i had to go through and call my wife to come pick me up again. In as much as i did not check my tickets as highlighted on the travel dates,i was informed there is nothing that could be done as i signed the tickets and will forfeight the booking i had done of R550. There is a lady by the name of Bulelwa who was not in a mood of even listening to my plight and the supervisor(Rethabile Ramatlahale) in charge could not assist as well. I believe this was going to be picked up early during check in but my ticket stub was torn off without checking then later on my luggage loaded to then later on be offloaded. I was not treated well, and no one in their right mind can pitch up the following day to board yet their bus had left the previous day,and i can not just but forefeight the R550 i paid just like that,in as much i signed on the tickect, the ladies could not assist in as much as topping up on the ticket i paid for to book for the following day's trip. Now i had to rebook again with Citiliner costing me another R400. I need that R550 refunded. If this is how Greyhound treats its passengers, then this will be the last time i will travel with your bus company. Your staff need a lot of training when it comes to client/ customer service. Overall the service i received from your company was un desirable.
