Undesirable Practice

I've never in my life been so disgusted with greyhound. I only travel with dreamliner and now I'm starting to regret it. I booked two tickets for the 10:00 bus and I am still waiting an hour and a half later for the bus. What kind of service is this? I demand a full refund. This is unacceptable!!!!
