Unacceptable service!

Worst service ever! My son boarded the bus at 8am today from Midrand to Durban but had to change coaches at Park Station. After getting to Park Station he and other passengers were just left unattended waiting for the relevant coach to arrive. No communication was relayed as to the reason for the delay .....no apologies either. The call centre was also not helpful as they did not even know of the delay until I asked them to track the bus. The bus apparently had a breakdown thus causing the delay ( sounds like their problem , not the passengers problem) After waiting over 3 hours , the bus arrives and the drivers demeanor is one of irritation and rushed the passengers aboard . I have no faith in the driver driving safely in that mood. No refund , compensation for time wasted or at least some form of courtesy was offered. THE LAST TIME ANYONE I KNOW WILL BE USING GREYHOUND !
