Worst experience EVER!! The bus was FOUR (4) HOURS LATE, the text that was sent for an update was not even detailed enough, niya wazi u 4 hours nina?? . We kept on calling ke, the agents that were on duty were not even honest with the bus whereabouts _as we all kept on receiving different updates, I found that very disturbing, you really do not care about your passengers safety..
