<p>We were meant to leave the Vaal at 1150 and make our way to Durban but as usual Greyhound was late. They told us that the bus was running a good 30 mins late. Almost an 1hr30 mins later,we still at our departing point. I called them twice to find out what's going on and only then,they sent us smses explaining that they were running late. Outchea making us feel like we didn't pay for the damn tickets. I'm never using their services again. </p>
