Trip of hell

I booked a bus on the 18th April 2019 from Johannesburg to Durban. It was suppose to departure at 22h00. At the check in table there was no order at all, my bus ticket was not checked and was asked what time is my bus. We waited for the bus for almost 40 minutes, when the bus arrived passengers were pushing and shoving drivers and staff workers were just looking. The bus was full and we were told to wait for another bus and we must take out our luggage from the trailer, another chaos. The bus arrives and we seated randomly. Before the bus depart the driver announced that we must not complain about our seats that we booked we must acknowledge that the bus is going to Durban that's all. We departed Park Station at 23h22. No apology was given
