TRIP FROM HELL TO HELL

Good evening My family left Cape town yesterday at 19:30 till today 07/Jan 2023 20;58 they have not arrived yet and they enduring a drive from hell as their being transported , My wife she is pregnant 4-5moths, with 5 year old boy and 10 year old girl. the service provided by cityline is bad and it seems no one cares about the wellbeing of the people, my wife she even fell in the bus because she was exhaused from being pushed around like potatoes. My kids are stressed and my wife is stressed and she is not felling very well, I have to go and see the doctor the moment she arrives when ever is that. I demand management to respond me on this matter and if anything happens to my wife pregnancy due to your Incompetence I promise you I will take this matter far. I did not sleep last night from 01:00 am and it seems even today I will not sleeping because anything might happend and I am very concern for the safety and health of my family. Looking forward to hear from management with adequate respond.
