Traveling times

Can the service provider please clarify to the passengers why are they having departure and arrival times on their tickets whereas the drivers don't commit or stick to those hours.. wer are now living in a very dangerous country people. As a driver you can't be 3 hours early!.when I buy a ticket that will get me to my destination the following day in the morning, there's a reason for that.can you please fix that..this is totally disappointing!
