Toilet and late

I am Gladys Senong, I was with my family travelling from pretoria to durban on the 18 Dec 2015, we were supposed to take 9:15 bus so the bus was way too late with an hour, the toilet was not working, the bus stacked 21hr about 72 km away from station. So we have to wait for a bus we have left behind and also a bus from durban. The driver didn't info us.
