TIME WASTED WHILE PEOPLE WAIT FOR THE BUS!!! UNACCEPTABLE GREYHOUND!!!

<p>The bus going to DBN via Newcastle was scheduled to leave at 6:15 from Pretoria it left at 6:35. The was one staff member assisting clients to check in and even book buses. As if standing in that long slow moving queue to check in wasn't enough, the bus driver at park station reversed without checking if the were any people standing behind the bus as the pavement sort of area is full already. The panick that occured as people were trying to stop the bus while warning those standing behind the bus to move quickly with their suit cases. We've been standing at Park station for nearly an hour now waiting for a bus to take us to our different destinations. This is totally unacceptable Greyhound. Your client service standards have really dropped. Time mamanagement is imperative! </p>
