Ticket Refund

I have cancelled my booking with greyhound and still waiting for a refund. Mpho Mabote asked me for ticket numbers, cancellation numbers, including pictures of the tickets, which I all sent, but tells me he can't view the pictures, to this day still awaiting after several emails which I even sent to colleagues who viewed them without any challenges. Please assist.
