Ticket change

<p>I called the customer line asking that they change the initial on the booking for the ticket I have and spoke to Fortunate and Sibusiso who both disconnected my calls after calling back they said I could not speak to the supervisor as she was having her lunch and this was at 6.30pm mind you. </p> <p> </p> <p>I dont understand why someone can just not assist.</p>
