Ticket cancellation due to Lockdown announcement!!!

On the 19th March 2020 I booked the return tickets from Mtata to Johannesburg but unfortunately we had to cancel due to Corona Virus and lockdown announcement from the President. I called to Greyhound service to cancel the tickets and refunds. I was then given a cancellation reference number and they said I must email it to refunds. So I emailed on same day, no responds or no feedback from them up until now. I have been trying to contact them but their lines wont go through. Sent them email several times without any response. I need my money and I still want to use for travelling.
