Think twice before booking tickets for this ces****l

I am extremely upset with the service we received on our Greyhound trip from Bellville toe PTA.

1. The bus waited 1 hour at Bellville station before we departed.

2. There were bugs and ****roaches everywhere coming out of the windows and the little holes on the bus walking all over us the whole trip.

3. We rarely had any bathroom breaks and when I wanted the use the bus bathroom there was diarrhea all over the floor, the walls and the toilet.

4. Also when you flush the toilet it goes straight into the road. Poor cars driving behind the bus.

5. We stopped at JHB and had to get out to change busses. After 40min standing outside, they told us to get back onto the same bus. And our lift was waiting for almost 2 hours at PTA where it is not safe.

6. My boyfriend and I were extremely ill the next day after the bus trip (probably because of all the illnesses living in that bus).

We canceled the bus trip back but we did not even receive a refund for the trip we canceled more than 24 hours beforehand!
